HEALTHY EATING WORKSHOPS – SEMINARS

WORKSHOPS FOR CHILDREN & ADOLESCENTS

Eat with D workshops aiming to raise nutrition and health knowledge and promote physical activity among school-going children and adolescents, teachers and parents. The key to this workshop is the understanding of a balanced diet, the adoption of healthy eating habits, and the importance of physical activity as part of a child’s daily routine. Using games and activities is a great way to help children learn about healthy eating while having fun at the same time!
